Meet the Mind Behind FutureTech
Mr. Naseebullah Khan
Associate Assistant Headteacher and Head of Computer Science
With over seven years of experience teaching KS3, GCSE and A Level Computer Science. Over this time, I have led departments across different schools, trained and supported teachers and developed strong, well-structured curricula that help students grow in confidence and achieve excellent results. I hold a First Class degree in Software Engineering from the University of Greenwich and previously worked as a Software Developer.
My lessons focus on breaking complex ideas into simple steps, practising exam-style questions and building powerful problem-solving habits that students can use in every topic. My teaching style is calm, patient and encouraging, but I always set high expectations. Whether a student is aiming for a secure pass or pushing for a top grade, my goal is the same: to help them feel confident, supported and capable of achieving their very best.

Teaching Philosophy
My lessons are structured, calm and easy to follow, giving students space to learn without pressure. I take challenging Computer Science topics and break them into manageable steps, making sure the basics are solid before moving into more complex material. Each session includes clear teaching, guided practice and personalised feedback, and I adapt the pace and focus to suit every learner.
I teach students how to think logically, approach problems with confidence and use effective strategies for exams. My focus is on reducing stress, building strong habits and helping each student make continuous, meaningful progress. Parents are kept informed, and I always encourage a positive mindset so learners feel motivated and capable.
